Our interns are Masters-level trained counsellors and are closely supervised by our team of clinical therapists. Counselling can be a short-term process with a specific goal, or a longer journey of self-exploration.

Our Senior Interns are Masters-level trained and have successfully completed a 200 hour practicum under the supervision of our clinical team. Counselling can be a short-term process with a specific goal, or a longer journey of self-exploration.

I have years of experience working with trauma, in particular domestic violence, childhood abuse, and developmental trauma.
